UIDAI Notification: "Head of Family (HOF) based enrolment for child through ECMP and CELC

Dear Sir/Mam,

All operators are requested to check and match the name of Head of the Family (HOF) as mentioned in the document evidencing relationship (eg. Birth certificate) and name mentioned in the HOF's Aadhaar. Operators to ensure exact match of name in document and Aadhaar to avoid rejection during process and inconvenience to the applicant."

In case of HOF based enrolment or update, please ensure to record address of applicant as mentioned in HOFS Aadhaar. In case of mismatch the application will be rejected during HOF validation."

Operators also have to ensure capturing same address as mentioned in HOFS Aadhaar Number. Application will be rejected if the captured address differs from the HOFS address. Carefully check the HOFS Aadhaar card for accurate address details.
