SAP Approved downtime in Post Offices

Respected Sir/Madam,

The Competent authority has approved the following SAP downtime activity.

Activity : SAN Storage Migration of SAP ECP DC database and application servers

HP OEM performs disk migration of SAP ECP DC database and application servers and will be performing sanity test of SAP ECP DC application.

Downtime Window : Saturday, 30th Nov 2024 9:00 PM to Sunday, 01st Dec 2024 9:00 AM​

Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Enterprise Portal, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted. Systems SAP ECP, SAP CRP and SAP OEP, SAP EP applications will not be accessible during the downtime window.
