SAP approved downtime for maintenance in Post Offices

Respected Sir/Madam,

The Competent authority has approved the following SAP downtime activity.

Activity:SAN Storage Migration of SAP ECP DR database and application servers

HP OEM has performed disk migration of SAP ECP DR database and application servers. Now, in order to perform sanity testing of SAP ECP DR application we have to switch SAP ECP DC to SAP ECP DR, SAP CRP DC to SAP CRP DR and SAP OEP DC to SAP OEP DR.

Downtime Window : Saturday, 23rd Nov 2024 7:00 PM to Sunday, 24th Nov 2024 7:00 AM

Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Enterprise Portal, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted. Systems SAP ECP, SAP CRP and SAP OEP, SAP EP applications will not be accessible during the downtime window.

It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
