ORDER

Subject: Regularization of ad-hoc promotion in Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) of the Indian Postal Service Group 'A' – regarding.

In continuation of this office orders of even no. dated 04.07.2024 & 06.08.2024, orders of the Competent Authority are hereby conveyed for regularization of ad-hoc promotion of the following Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) officers with effect from the date mentioned against their name:

1. Sanjiv Ranjan (IPOS:1996), CPMG North East Circle w.e.f 15.07.2024

2. Sanjay Singh(IPOS:1996), CPMG, Haryana Circle w.e.f  22.08.2024 (A/N)

In case the officers wish to choose the date of fixation of pay under FR- 22(1)(a)(1), they can do so within one month from the date of issue of this order.

3. Relevant charge report may be sent in due course.

4. Hindi version will follow.
