Subject: Regarding deactivation of IPPB QR Code Services

Madam/Sir,
I am directed to state that after integration of SBI Payment Services and Android Based Dynamic QR Code solution in the Department, it had been decided by the Competent Authority to deactivate IPPB QR based services in the Department w.e.f. 15.11.2024. Instructions stand issued to IPPB in this regard already (copy enclosed). However, it is seen that IPPB QR Code sticker is still available in some counters.

2. Therefore, it is requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to all concerned to remove IPPB QR Code Stickers from all Post Office counters. A notice may also be placed on the notice board of the Post Offices in this regard for information of the general public.

3. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
Yours faithfully,
Signed by Mithilesh Kumar Mandal
