Rule 29 (1) to 29 (5) CCS Leave Rules

Half pay leave is credited at the rate of 10 days for every half year and in advance.. i.e on 1 January and 1 July of every year...

For an official who joins or retires /resigns/dies/removed/dismissed EL is calculated at the rate of 5/3 days for every completed months in the half year.

1/18th of the Period spent on dies non in an half year will be deducted against the next half year credit. Fractions arrived after such deductions will be rounded off to the nearest number...
