www.indiapost.gov.in --> (click on) Banking & Remittance --> (click on) ePassbook

Customer can View/Download/Print following information of their Accounts:

• Balance Enquiry
• Mini Statement
• (Savings/RD/SSA/PPF etc.)

Important notes:-
Detailed Statement

➤ Customer must have the Registered Mobile Number of account holder for OTP authentication. 

➤ Mini Statement shows particulars of last 10 transactions.

➤ Detailed Statement can be viewed for a maximum range of 3 months at a time.

(That means if a customer wants statement from Jan-2024 to Jun-2024, then he has to generate two statements, viz-one statement from Jan-2024 to Mar-2024 & another from Apr-2024 to Jun-2024)
