The Competent authority has approved the following SAP downtime activities from Friday , 11th October 2024, From 10:00 PM till Sunday , 13th October 2024, 10:00 PM.
Activity 1
Reason: SAP EP Upgrade on DR site. Switch to DR is required to perform this activitySAP EP NW 7.4 to 7.5 upgrade is completed in DC. SAP EP upgrade in DR is essential to keep NW version both in DC and DR in sync and to resolve the vulnerabilities with NW 7.4.
Downtime Window Date/Time : Friday , 11th October 2024, From 10:00 PM till Sunday, 13th October 2024, 10:00 PM [48 hours]
Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center.
Activity 2
Reason: Firmware upgradation in superdome chassis in DC location – SD5. It has been also recommended by the OEM to update firmware at earliest to update the latest fixes for security and system vulnerabilities.Downtime Window Date/Time : Saturday , 12th October 2024, From 6:00 AM till 8:00 PM [14 hours]
Business Impact: No business impact as other ECP application servers will be available for business use
Downtime Window Date/Time : Sunday, 13th October 2024, From 6:00 AM till 8:00 PM [14 hours]
Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center.
It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly. Official communication has been circulated through eMail.
