SAP Role Assignment for CRM Portal in Department of Posts

Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; contact your system administrator
CRM Portal Roles in SAP
  • CRM complaint Handler.
  • DoP Internal Employee
  • CRM SUB post office - Postmaster.
  • CRM Sub postmaster - supervisor (shift/ set wise ) 
Mandatory Role to be assigned in SAP to access CRM Portal
YS:SAP_CRM_DOP_INT_EM
One Role has been assigned to the particular/multiple user the same can be checked using the TCode SUO1 in the SAP Module. Once role assigned and after completion of task successfully, the user can access the CRM Portal within 30minutes.

The following TCode is used to push the user to IAM server
