Subject: Request to declare the results of P.S Group 'B' Exam held on 04.06.2023 as per the orders dated 27.09.2024 of Hon'ble C.A.T, Ernakulam Bench in OA No 604/2023 - Reg

A kind reference is invited to Directorate letter dated 01.02.2024 cited above, wherein it was intimated that the matter of cancellation of Notification for LDCE is sub-judice and the Competent Authority has decided for Re-Examination of LDCE. In this connection, the following is submitted herewith for your kind perusal and necessary favourable orders to declare the results of P.S Group 'B' Examination held on 04.06.2023.

2. It is learnt that some of the aspirants have filed OA No 604/2023 before Hon'ble C.A.T, Ernakulam Bench and the Hon'ble C.A.T vide order dated 27.09.2024 (Copy enclosed) had set aside the Directorate letters No F.No A-34012/04/2023-DE(I) & (II) dated 21.11.2023 and directed the Department to publish the results and complete the process within a period of 60 days. On observation of the Hon'ble C.A.T order and the note sheets of the Directorate obtained through RTI, this Federation wants to bring the following facts to the notice of Hon'ble Secretary Madam for rendering justice to the innocent applicants.

Notification a) It is a fact that the said Clause was not excluded by dated 02.01.2023 mistake/ oversight. As per the File notings of Directorate Clause was was cancelled due which were obtained through RTI, the to exclusion of intentionally deleted at the time of finalization of 'Junior Senior' Notification dated 02.01.2023 as the Competent Authority Clause.
