 Clarification about the new distinct category union for HSG-II & HSG I in Postal & RMS.. Till next verification of membership status quo will be maintained and can be a member of existing unions

Subject: Regarding clarification in respect of Membership of HSG-II, HSG-1 HSG(NFG) Posts of the Associations.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to letter no. Union 1-4/Ch-III/2024/322 dated 13.08.2024 and letter no. Union 1-4/Ch-III/2024/337 dated 16.10.2024 received from Chhattisgarh Circle on the subject mentioned above.

2. Department of Posts has introduced a new distinct category for HSG-II, HSG-1 and HSG(NFG). Presently there is no Association of HSG grade is recongnised. The status of HSG-I. HSG-II and HSG(NFG) category of Associations will be decided only after next verification which will start shortly, till then status quo will be maintained.
