Subject: Non-reflection of Special group collection amount in SAP - reg.
Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above, some Circles have sought clarification regarding non reflection of Special group collection through cheque mode in CSI SAP.
The matter has been examined in this Directorate and to overcome the said error for the month of September 2024, it is recommended that as a temporary measure manual adjustment may be made to resolve the issue.
In view of the above, it is requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to all concerned to do manual entries to rectify the error for the month of September, 2024.
