This has a kind reference to the above letter issued by Staff branch of O/o CPMG- Kamataka regarding implementation of Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System(AEBAS) in offices. Please refer to Para-3 of DOPT OM No.11013/13/2023-Pers Policy.A-III dated 15-06- 2024 which was enclosed along with the said letter.

UIDAI has rolled out face based aadhaar authentication for marking biometric attendance for personal mobile devices(Android/IOS phones). The installation guide for the process is attached. The process involves installation of two apps:

a) Aadhaar Face RD app from PlayStore for Android OR AppStore for Apple devices. b) Face Personal Client app for Android from //https://attendance.gov.in/ https://central.attendance.gov.in and for Apple devices the AadhaarBAS App from AppStore. During configuration, the Domain may be selected as Central(Non Delhi Central Attendance) & the device location as the appropriate office location.

This information may please be circulated to all units so that willing officials may use their personal devices for marking biometric attendance.
