Subject: Request for launch of Loan Referral National Campaign "FESTIVE LOAN CAMPAIGN" (01st Oct to 31st Dec, 2024) regarding.
Madam/Sir,
As you know, Loan Referrals are offered as a value-added service to the customers and is an additional source of revenue to IPPB. Loan products give the opportunity to cross sell IPPB's various products and fulfil bank's motto of Financial Inclusion and holistic growth of customer relations,
2. As on date, IPPB has achieved disbursement value of Rs 70 Crores only against target of Rs 1293 Crores. This shows that the growth has been slow in loan referrals. Thus, support and involvement from DOP can make the portfolio very profitable as there is a huge credit gap in rural India. IPPB has proposed a campaign in order to further stimulate the field team's enthusiasm & cultivate the benefits during Indian Festival season. The detailed campaign construct with incentive illustrations and Circle wise target are enclosed as Annexure-I and Annexure-Il respectively.
3. In order to cover potential gap and rebuild more momentum through participation, Circles are requested to continue their support for this campaign and take this campaign to newer heights by achieving the targets.
