Subject: Implementations of e-HRMS modules in Department of Posts-reg.
I am directed to refer subject mentioned above and to state that an online training session on eHRMS portal regarding the nodal role for DoP has been scheduled for 23.09.2024 at 11:30 AM by eHRMS, Karmayogi Bharat. The link for joining the session is: https://meet.google.com/bos-byyw-wvh.
2. In view of above, all concerned are requested to ensure that the nodal officers nominated by the respective circles/ Directorates attend the aforementioned session without fail.
3. Furthermore, it is requested that all employees login and complete their profiles by following these steps. (A short login clip is also attached to this letter): - Visit the website https://e-hrms.gov.in/login

ii. Select the option of login with Parichay. You will be directed to Parichay page where enter the login credentials of e-Parichay.

iii. Once login kindly complete the profile on eHRMS 2.0 portal.
Additionally, it has been observed that three nodal officers from Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh Circle, who have already been onboarded in different ministries, will not be able to serve as nodal officers for the Department of Posts. Therefore, new nodal officers from these circles are requested to be nominated by 20.09.2024.
