How to access your POSB ePassbook:

• Visit the India Post website and navigate to the "Banking & Remittance" section.
• Click on "Post Office Savings Scheme" and then select "ePassbook".
• You will be redirected to a login page where you can enter your credentials to access your ePassbook.
• Click on "Click Here for POSBSEVA - ePassbook"

• Click on OK for the concerned mentioned above.

• Enter Mobile number then Captcha after that Click on Login
• Enter OTP received on registered mobile number

Pre requisite for POSB ePassbook View:

• Mobile Banking or IVRS should enabled for the POSB customer in finacle
• If not enabled, the following error showing as "Phone Banking/IVRS is not enabled for the account". Please contact your nearest post office/Post Offices where account standing at for enabling mobile or IVRS Option in the Customer ID using CMRC Menu,
