Subject: Calling for applications from volunteers for filling up of one post of Instructor (IP/PA/SA Cadre) on deputation at PTC, Guwahati Assam.

In continuation of this office circular no. 9 (E)/PTC/Instructor/2016 dated 09.09.2024 (copy enclosed) regarding the said subject, the cut off date of receipt of applications from the willing officers in prescribed proforma for filling up of one post of Instructor (IP/PA Cadre) on deputation at PTC, Guwahati, Assam is extended till 30.10.2024.

2. Applications from the willing officers in prescribed proforma given in annexure may be forwarded by the appointing authority along with his/her personal recommendation. APAR Grading of the applicant for last five years so as to reach this office by 30.10.2024 (cut off date of receipt of application at PTC Guwahati).

3. The applicants are advised to submit their applications through proper channel in closed format.

4. It is requested to circulate this notice to all eligible officers/officials in IP and PA/SA cadre in your Circle/Region/Division/Training Centre for wide publicity.

5. All other entries/terms and condictions remain the same as circulated vide this office memo of even no. dated 09.09.2024.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
