Sub: Special drive to fill up the vacant posts of cadre of Postman, Mail Guard and MTS in Delhi Circle from surplus qualified and willing GDSS candidates of LDCE, 2022 & 2023 of all Circles.

This is with reference to your letter no. GDS/CHQ/9/23/2023 dated 06.08.2024 regarding above mentioned subject.

In above context, it is informed that with the approval of the Postal Directorate, the Competent Authority has extended time period for seeking willingness from surplus qualified and willing GDS candidates upto 16.07.2024 and all Circles have been requested to send the information of surplus & willing eligible candidates to Delhi Circle by 20.07.2024.

Accordingly, the Circles have sent the information but some discrepancies have been noticed/observed which are being resolved from the concerned Circles. Circles concerned are being guided through teleconversations and VC etc.
