Subject: - Probation and / or Confirmation of direct recruits Multi Tasking Staff, Postman, Mail Guard and Stenographer Grade-II- reg.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to letter of even number dated 03.03.2022 on the subject cited above, which provides that for completion of probation and /or confirmation, direct recruit MTS, Postman, Mail Guard and Stenographer Grade-II shall undergo mandatory training at PTCs/RTCs and pass all examinations with minimum qualifying marks.

2. The matter has been re-examined and it has been decided by the competent authority that Circle may conduct Induction Training for Postman, Mail Guard, MTS and Stenographer Grade-II at any WTCs apart from PTCs / RTCs, provided required infrastructure are in place at the WTCs. Circles shall ensure that required infrastructure are in place in WTCs, identified for such training, and inform Training Division of Directorate. On receipt of a proposal, Training Division shall examine the availability of infrastructure in the WTC. If appropriate infrastructure are available in a WTCs as per the approved parameters, Training Division shall issue orders for accepting the certificate issued by such WTCs.
