Please refer to your office letter no. Rectt./7-2/GDS/ONLINE CCE/2024 Vol. II dated 16.08.2024 on the above subject.

2. In this respect, this office has already issued instructions vide letter01.07.2024 (copy enclosed), that any compassionate case of 'married daughter' rejected after introduction of the revised scheme dated 14.06.2023 is to be re-opened and decided accordingly. It does not restrict re-enabling of the application, which have been rejected even in the online mode.
