Subject: Convening of DPC for the post of Private Secretary in the Department of Post for the vacancy year 2020 onwards. - Reg.
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and the duly circulated seniority list of Stenographers Grade-l provided by the respective circles from 01.01.2020 to 01.01.2024 and to request the respective Circles to furnish the following documents/information in respect of Stenographer Grade-I who have completed minimum qualifying service in Stenographer Grade-I required for promotion to the post of Private Secretary, as mentioned in Annexure-A working in your circle latest by 06.09.2024:-
2.Attested copies of APARS for 10 years upto 2022 i.e. from 2012-13 to 2022-23. In case APAR for any period is not available, it may be apprised by recording NRC for that period. Vigilance status as on date.
Details of Major/Minor penalties for the last ten years up to 2024 in respect of official under ZOC may please be furnished in the Proforma -I. It may also be certified the copy of penalty order is placed in APAR folder. Further details or Disc. Action pending/contemplated may also be furnished in Proforma-
- Information may also be supplied as per the columns in Proforma -II duly certified by the Competent Authority.
- All the Circle Heads are hereby requested to intimate this Directorate regarding addition/deletion/correction, if any, in the above mentioned eligibility list of officials. It may be ensured that it has been seen by the CPMG before forwarding to this Directorate.
- This may be accorded priority.
