With reference to the subject matter, it is informed that, as per the provisions contained in para 3.6(b) of the guidelines and SOP of My Stamp issued vide letter No. 46-10/2020-Phil dated 25.02.2021, the commission can be paid to the officials/officers, as per the entitlement mentioned i.e. 10% of the sale value of a My Stamp sheet provided the marketing for My Stamp is done beyond duty hours.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
