Steps to be followed in Finacle to convert Joint to Single in the event of deceased

 

Account conversion In the case of the first holder expired

1. Go to account modification.

2. Tick the Delete 2nd holder check box and Convert into single.

3. Verify it.

4. DO HCCA with 2nd holder CIF

5. Verify it

6. Sent the documents to HO to change the name in account.

In the case the 2nd holder expired

1. Go to account modification.

2. Tick the Delete 2nd holder check box and Convert into single.

3. Verify it.
