Subject: Regarding online/offline sale /distribution of National Flag under "Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 3.0❞ campaign
Kindly refer letter no. BD-10RP/1/2022-BDMD dated 01.08.2024 regarding the above mentioned subject.
2. It is requested to kindly ensure availability of National Flags in all GPO/Head Post Offices by 07.08.2024 and in all SOS/BOs by 08.08.2024. Circles may take necessary steps by way of reallocation of National Flags from Region/Division/Post Office having surplus to the needy Post Offices to ensure that each HO/SO/BO has sufficient stock of National Flags for supply to public
3. Targets may be allotted to each HO/SO/BO and vigorous monitoring may be done at Circle/Regional/Divisional level to ensure that the entire stock of available flags is exhausted by 12.08.2024.
4. It is also requested to kindly arrange to deliver all orders of National Flags received online through ePost Office Portal on daily basis. Necessary arrangement should be made for offline sale/distribution of National Flags through post offices counters also
5. Wide publicity regarding availability of National Flags on counters and through ePost Office Portal should be given through various mediums such as Social Media, prabhat feris and bike rallies, banners etc. High resolution photographs & videos of all marketing and publicity activities should be shared with BD Directorate and Marketing Division of Postal Directorate.
