Issues faced in Darpan application

Issue No 1: Account Opening Issue: Many BOs are reporting that they are not able to open new accounts in their device. When clicked on the option to open new account the screen becomes blank and becomes standstill. It is also observed that this issue is faced mainly during office time i.e. after 10 am. But it is also observed that if the BPM logins early in the morning then this issue is not so common and the BPM is able to open the account. Some BPMs also reported that they are able to open new accounts for certain schemes but are unable to open accounts for other schemes. This is making difficult to achieve the assigned target of new accounts to the BOs.

Issue No 2: OTP not received during logging: Though this issue is faced PAN India by the BPMs and is resolved after some time by the Central Team but it is observed that few BOs are facing this issue which could not be resolved in general. It is observed that BPMs having BSNL connection are mostly facing this issue and when their Mobile No is changed to other NSP the issue gets resolved.

Issue No 3: OTP verification failed: This issue is observed since last week for the Users who were registered for the first time and are logging with default password Dop@123. Though in these cases the OTP is received in their personal phone but after putting the OTP and clicking submit button the BPM is facing OTP verification failed error. It is pertinent to mention that in the same device when an old user is activated he/she is able to login without any issue.

Issue No 4: BO Not Logged-IN issue: It is observed in many BOs that though the BPM has logged-in and performed many transactions but still this BO is showing as Not Logged-in in the Darpan User Management portal. But when the BPM is asked to re-login after logout, the BO then appears in logged-in status. For this reason it is very difficult to monitor the Login status of the BOs from DO Level.

Issue No 5: Login Time of BO: The time of login by the BPM shown in Darpan User Management portal is not in parity with the actual login by the BPM and as such from DO level it is very difficult to monitor the actual time of logging by the BPM in the device.

Issue No 6: OTP not received in case of Reset Password: From DO level through Darpan User Management portal we are facing OTP not received during Password reset. Hence for the BPMs who have forgotten the password to login we are unable to reset the password through the portal.

Issue No. 7: PLI GDS Mapping Issue: From last week we are not able to map the new user for PLI transactions at DO. In the option PLI GDS Mapping the McCamishOffice Code remains blank and as such the mapping of these new users could not be done. For this reason the User is not able to perform PLI/RPLI transactions.
