Subject: Implementation of Order dated 04.07.2024 of Hon'ble CAT, Hyderabad bench in CP No.01/2017 in OA No.544/2013 (K Ramesh Babu & 03 ors.) - reg.

In compliance of Order dated 04.07.2024 of Hon'ble CAT, Hyderabad bench in CP No.01/2017 in OA No.544/2013 and in continuation of this Department Orders No.9-34/2011- SPG dated 27.03.2018 & 14.06.2018 and in partial modification of this Department of OM No.9-02/2019-SPG-II dated 12.07.2023, approval of the competent authority in consultation with the BS, DOLA, Bangalore and Ld. ASGI of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh is hereby conveyed to grant promotion in PS Group B cadre to the following applicants of the above CP, in personam, notionally w.e.f. the date of joining of their immediate junior and actually w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge in PS Gr.B cadre:

2.In pursuance of the above notional promotions and in partial modification of this Department OM No.9-02/2013-SPG dated 16.09.2014, the seniority position of the above officers has been refixed as under:
