Scope of the Menu

Note that the ZRICT_PAYSLIP menu is not utilized for generating payslip for GDS BPM, APBM, and Dak Sevak on the SAP Application. Instead, it is used to generate payslip for these roles on the Application Server, and the output can be printed on an Android device.

Role authorized for accessing TCode ZRICT_PAYSLIP

Procedure to be followed :

In Post Offices, the DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer) can only access the Tcode 'ZRICT_PAYSLIP', which is used to generate GDS (Gramin Dak Sevak) payslips on Android devices. All DDOs must execute the aforementioned menu for all GDS IDs to make them available for printing on Android devices

• Invoke SAP Tcode called ZRICT_PAYSLIP or Click on above direct Link
• Select Payroll area for your Circle (Circle wise payroll code for SAP) 
• Current month/Period
• Paste all GDS ID which are belongs to concerned Division
• Untick P_Test to execute and generate the payslip of the requested IDs on Application Server
• Press F9 or Execute.

Generate and Print Payslip on Android Application

• Open DARPAN application on Android Mobile.
• See the Payroll option on the main screen of DARPAN APP i.e Utilities
• Enter GDS Employee ID 
• Select Payroll month and Year then Submit to view the generated Payslip that you have entered.
• Click on Print button to print payslip
