ORDER
Sub.: Promotion from the grade of Junior Engineer (Civil) to the grade of Assistant Engineer (Civil).The Competent Authority is pleased to promote the following officers from the grade of Junior Engineer (Civil) to the grade of Assistant Engineer (Civil) on regular basis in the Pay Level 7 with effect from the date of assumption of charge in higher grade.
2.In case the officer wishes to choose the date for fixation of pay under FR- 22 (1)(a)(1), they should do so within one month from the date of joining the post. If the promoted officers have already been granted in level -7 under MACP their pay need not to be fixed again.
3.The posting order in the promoted grade shall be issued separately by the competent authority.
4. The promotion order is subjected to outcome of SLPs/Appeals pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court as notified vide DoPT OM No.36012/16/2019- Estt. (Res.) dated 12.04.2022.

ORDER
Sub.: Promotion from the grade of Junior Engineer (Civil) to the grade of Assistant Engineer (Civil).The refusal of promotion from the grade of Junior Engineer (C) to the grade of Assistant Engineer (C) as per order issued vide No. 4-6/2019-CWP/178 dated 11.7.2024 for the following officers has been accepted by the Competent Authority. Further, these officers shall not be considered for promotion for one year as per the extant rule in the matter.
