Procedure to set up and login India Post email Address in newly migrated platform

1. Enter new Post Office mail platform URL https://mail.gov.in
Enter email ID and password to generate OTP and sent to registered mobile number

• Once OTP entered and verified the page to redirected to  backup code generation page.

Generate a Backup Code either during the first login or after logging in to the new platform email address. This code can be used to log in without OTP by clicking on 'Try another method', which is available below the verification button.

• The generated code can be used at only once per system.
• The same backup code can be used for another system.

Check and click on Intro then Next > Next to Finish the setup at first time.
