OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Periodical Meeting of Service Associations in Department of Posts, New Delhi

With reference to above subject, the undersigned is directed to convey that a periodical meeting with the recognized Service Association and recognized GDS Association under the Chairmanship of Secretary (Posts)/DGPS is likely to be convened in Department of Posts and to request that agenda items (maximum three and items should not be bifurcated into sub items) for the aforesaid meeting may be sent to this office latest by 31st July 2024. If more than one issue is included in one agenda, the first issue will be included in the agenda of the meeting for discussion and the others will not be considered. The date of meeting will be intimated separately.
