Payment of Pensions:-

Date: 04.07.2024

81. Date from which pension becomes payable.-

A pension other than family pension shall become payable from the date on which a Government servant ceases to be borne on the establishment.

Family pension shall be payable from the date following the date on which a Government servant or a pensioner dies or a family pensioner dies or becomes ineligible.

Pension including family pension shall be payable for the day on which its recipient dies.

82. Currency in which pension is payable.-

All pensions including gratuities admissible under these rules shall be payable in rupees in India only.

83. Manner of payment of gratuity and pension.

Except as otherwise provided in these rules, a gratuity shall be paid in lump sum.

A pension fixed at monthly rates shall be payable monthly on or after the last working day of the month to which the pension relates except for the month of March when it shall be payable on or after 1st working day of April...

குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் தவிர்த்து பிற ஓய்வூதியமானது, ஊழியர் பணியிலிருந்து ஓய்வு பெற்ற மறு நாளிலிருந்து வழங்கப்படும்.

உட்பட அனைத்து ஓய்வூதியமும், இந்திய ரூபாயிலேயேபணிக்கொடை முழுவதும் ஒரே தவணையாக எதுவும் சொல்லப்படாதவரை

மாதம் தோறும் ஓய்வூதியமானது அந்த மாத்த்தின் இறுதி நாளன்று அல்லது அதன் பின் வழங்கப்படும், மார்ச் மாத ஓய்வூதியம் மட்டும் ஏப்ரல் முதல் நாளன்று

வழங்கப்படும்...
