While logging into India Post email the following error shows as "An error occurred. please try again."
When accessing mail.gov.in on the new platform, the login process should synchronize with both the server and the local system’s date and time. If there’s any discrepancy, an error message will be displayed. Make sure the time settings are consistent to avoid this issue.
Kindly check if the System Date and Time matches
with our IST time. If not please change to the
accurate time. Also please check if the time settings on the device is set as automatic. If not please change it to Automatic.
