New NIC India Post mail Installation Process (After Migration on 25.07.2024)

1. Go to your browser in desktop or mobile (google chrome/mozila/google/ etc….)and go to website https://mail.gov.in/.

2 In the NICeMail Services log-in page, enter your Email address and select Next.

3. Enter the OTP sent to previously Registered mobile number and click Next to proceed.

You will be asked to reset your password to set a new password for your account.

This new password shall be used for all your future sign-in to your new NIC eMail services account.
Once you log in, you can view your last 10 login details in a pop-up window.
Cancel it (X)

4. Go to logged in New NIC email and click on Profile

5. and select mobile app and then Android for android based mobile/ iphone for iphone based mobile

6.Download Manage Engine MDM app from Google Play store and SCAN above

7.Inside Manage Engine MDM mobile app , Check View APP catalog

8. Check after 5 to 7 minutes if 2 other app available inside App catalog for installation/open

9. After successful installation of both Apps showing inside app catalog , Open Gov One Auth mobile app

10. Sign in mobile app using email id /password and OTP sent to Registered mobile number --- select next to proceed

11. Now logout from NIC email and login again to check

12 .Go to your browser on desktop or mobile (google chrome/mozila/google/etc….) and enter https://mail.gov.in/. and sign in using email id/ password

Check TOTP inside Gov One Auth mobile app and enter TOTP in place of OTP , then Verify -
That’s all for minimum email login process . You may use GOV mail mobile app like GMAIL mobile app for easy access of NIC email in Mobile .
