Subject-Monitoring of procurement made by Department of Posts through GeM and outside of GeM.

Madam/Sir,

Kindly refer to Postal Directorate's DO letter No. U-18/1/2022-UPE- DOP dated 29.11.2022 (copy enclosed) wherein it was requested to send the details of procurement made by the Postal Circles through GeM and outside of GeM in a prescribed proforma on monthly basis. These details were to be furnished by 10th of the following month for each month starting from November 2023.

2.Only few Circles have furnished the requisite details of procurement for the Month of November 2022. The details of procurement for the month of November 2022 from rest of the Circles and for the month of December 2022 have not yet been received from the Circles at this office.

3.It is, therefore, requested to send the requisite details of procurement in respect of your Circle for the required month. A soft copy of the same may also be sent to email ID- mmdivision71@gmail.com.

4.It is issued with the approval of competent authority.
