How to Migrate to new NICeMail platform

➡️ Login to https://mail.gov.in with your office mail id & password without Kavach OTP.

➡️ Change current password after getting confirmation OTP(7 digits) on registered mobile number.

➡️ Then Login again with new password.

➡️ Change Display Name as Office Name or Branch Name including pincode.

➡️ Configure Signature, Display Name,etc.

➡️ Click on Profile Picture in the top right corner.

➡️ Follow the below steps to complete device enrollment on Android devices👇🏽

Download the ManageEngine MDM App from the Google Play Store( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.manageengine.mdm.android&hl=en_IN&pli=1 ).

-- On your work laptop/desktop browser,

➡️. Log in to https://mail.gov.in/ and click your profile picture in the top right corner.

A. Go to Mobile Apps and click the Android button to view the QR Code for enrolling Android devices.

➡️ Open the ManageEngine MDM app downloaded onto your device.

A.Click Scan QR Code to enroll your Device.

B. Click Proceed and follow the onscreen instructions to set up your work profile.

C. Wait till your work profile gets created. You will receive a notification about enrollment completion.

Once the enrollment is finished, Open MDM Application & install Gov Mail & Gov OneAuth manually if automatic installation not happening.(Normally Gov Mail and Gov OneAuth apps will be installed automatically).

You can access the downloaded apps in your phone's work profile section.(#im)

No need to configure Gov OneAuth if MFA not preferable (Multi Factor Authentication like SMS,TOTP, Notification,etc for double security)
