The India Post email on the new platform configuration mentioned above cannot be accessed due to NIC not enabling POP/IMAP. The POP/IMAP option may be enabled in the future based on a request from the Department. At that time, we can configure it to log in to Outlook, Thunderbird, or any other client or mobile application like the Gmail app. Until then, we can use Web Mail and the Gov Mail Android/iPhone application.
