Subject: Appointment of the dependents of deceased departmental officials under compassionate ground for the vacancy year 2022 and allotment of divisions to approved candidates reg.

I am directed by the competent authority to intimate the approval of recommendation of Circle Relaxation Committee 15/16.04.2024, for compassionate appointment of the dependents of deceased (CRC) meeting dated departmental officials under compassionate ground, for the vacancy year 2022.

2.The CRC considered the cases of dependents of deceased officials, who had applied for consideration of compassionate appointment, as well as those cases which were to be considered/reconsidered as per the directions of the Hon'ble CAT and the cases which were not recommended in the CRC meeting held on dated 29.09.2022, as per the Postal Directorate letter no. 17-1/2022-SPG-II dated 23.03.2022.

3.The CRC considered the cases against the vacancies earmarked for. compassionate appointment quota in Postal Postman/MG and MTS cadre ,within the prescribed ceiling of 5% of direct Assistant/Sorting Assistant, recruitment vacancies as per details given below:-
