This is regarding creation of a comprehensive inventory of unsold/unused postal stamps and relevant philatelic items currently available at all Philatelic Bureaus (including 1CBPO & 2CBPO) and Post Offices.
2. Hon'ble MoC has directed to prepare a comprehensive inventory of postal stamps and relevant philatelic material (Philatelic ancillaries & Postal documents having historic importance) available at all Philatelic Bureaus and Post offices. This will not only help in efficient cataloging and management but also help in identifying potential areas of expansion. 3. To ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness, it is requested that the inventory including detailed information about stamps and ancillaries available may be provided in attached format without any deviation by 25th June 2024. An email is also being sent separately, attaching all the required format/link.
4. It is requested to kindly monitor aforesaid activity personally as it shall be reviewed at the highest level.
