Glimpses of Rule: 657 50. Family Pension:-

Date: 25.06.2024

The family pension shall be payable to the members of the family of the deceased Government servant or pensioner in the following order, namely:-

(i) subject to provisions of sub- rule (8), widow or widower, (including a post-retiral spouse and judicially separated wife or husband),

(ii) subject to provisions of sub-rule (9), children (including adopted children, step children and children born after retirement of the pensioner),

(iii) subject to provisions of sub-rule (10), dependent parents (including adoptive parents) of the deceased Government servant or pensioner,

(iv) subject to provisions of sub-rule (11), dependent siblings ( i.e. brother or sister) of the deceased Government servant or pensioner, suffering from a mental or physical disability,

Explanation.- Widow and widower shall mean a spouse, legally wedded to the deceased Government servant or the pensioner...

கீழ்க்கண்ட

(i) துணை விதி (8) ல் உள்ள நிபந்தணைகளுக்குட்பட்டு, விதவை ஆண் / பெண்ணுக்கு, ( ஓய்வு பெற்ற துணைவன் / துணைவிக்கு மற்றும் சட்டரீதியாக பிரிந்த கணவன் / மனைவி உள்ளிட்டோருக்கும்),

(ii)துணை விதி (9) ல் உள்ள நிபந்தணைகளுக்குட்பட்டு, குழந்தைகளுக்கு

(தத்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தை, step children மற்றும் ஊழியரின் ஓய்விற்கு பின் பிறந்த குழந்தை உள்ளிட்டோருக்கும்),

(iii) துணை விதி (10)ல் உள்ள நிபந்தணைகளுக்குட்பட்டு, ஊழியரை சார்ந்திருந்த பெற்றோர்கள் (தத்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பெற்றோர் உள்ளிட்டோருக்கும்),

(iv) துணை விதி (11) ல் உள்ள நிபந்தணைகளுக்குட்பட்டு, ஊழியரை அல்லது ஓய்வூதியரை சார்ந்திருந்த மனநிலை / உடல் ஊனம் கொண்ட உடன் பிறந்தவர்களுக்கு (i.e. அண்ணன் / தம்பி அல்லது அக்கா / தங்கை)
