50. Family Pension:-

HAVE A LOOK COMRADE ...

✓ Normal Family pension shall be determined at the uniform rate of 30% of pay. Normal Min Family pension - Rs. 9000/- Normal Max Family pension - Rs. 75,000/-. 

✓ Enhanced Family pension to the family of an official who deceased while in service shall be 50% of the pay for a period of 10 years from the date following the date of death.

✓ Enhanced Family pension to the family of an official who deceased after retirement shall be as above for a period of 7 years or for a period up to the date on which the deceased official would have attained the age of 67 years had he survived, whichever is less.

✓ Enhanced Min Family pension 1.25,000/-.Rs. 9000/- Enhanced Max Family pension Rs.

✓ In no case the amount of enhanced family pension determined under this sub-clause shall exceed the pension authorised on retirement or dismissal from Government service...

50. குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம்:-

v சாதாரணமாக குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் என்பது ஊ ஊழியர இறுதியாக வாங்கிய ஊதியத்தின் 30% என்று கணகிட்டு வழங்கப்படும்.

குறைந்த பட்ச குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் Rs.9000/- அதிக பட்ச குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் Rs. 75000/-

V அதிகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் என்பது பணியில் இருக்கும் ஊழியர் இறந்த பின் 10 வருடங்களுக்கு அவர் வாங்கிய ஊதியத்தின் 50% என கணக்கிட்டு வழங்கப்படும்.

பணி ஓய்விற்குப் பின் இறக்கும் ஒரு ஊழியரின் குடும்பத்திற்கு அதிகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் என்பது அவர் இறப்பிற்கு பின் 7 வருடத்திற்கு அல்லது ஊழியர் உயிருடன் இருந்து அவர் தனது 67 வயதினை எட்டும் தேதி எதுவோ, இவற்றில் எது முந்துகிறதோ அதுவரை வழங்கப்படும். 'அதிகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியத்தின் குறைந்தபட்சம் அதிகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியத்தின் அதிகபட்சம் - Rs. 1.25,000/-. எந்த சூழலிலும் அதிகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியமானது அந்த ஊழியர் பணி ஓய்வு பெற்று அல்லது பணியிலிருந்து நீக்கப்படும் போது வழங்கப்படும் ஒய்வூதியத்திற்கும் அதிகமாக இருத்தல் கூடாது...
