Which role to be assigned in SAP Module for accessing FB03 and ZFSI_DOC_LOG?

 

Which role to be assigned in SAP module for accessing PA SBCO and Supervisor SBCO.

For PA SBCO:

The following two roles may be assigned to the users who are working as PA in SBCO for accessing the Tcode FB03 and ZFSI_DOC_LOG

1. YS:FA_REPORTS

2.YS:FA_SO_PA  Postal Assistant for SO 

Click above link to TCodes are authorized to access for the above roles

ZFSI_DOC_LOG Tcode can be enabled by assigning role of  YS:FA_REPORTS

FB03 can be accessed by assigning Role of YS:FA_SO_PA   Postal Assistant for SO 

For SUPERVISOR SBCO:

The following role is enough to access FB03

FB03 can be accessed by assigning Role of YS:FA_SO_PA   Postal Assistant for SO
