ORDER

In continuation of the Notification of even number dated 02.06.2022 and on the basis of the result of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination held on 29th November, 2020 declared by the DE Section, vide letter No. A-34013/02/2020-DE dated 19.04.2024, approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for promotion of following Inspector Line/Clerical Line officials in Postal Services Group 'B' cadre on regular basis in Level-9 of Pay Matrix (Rs.53, 100-1,67,800/-) against vacancy years 2018, 2019 and 2020 with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and until further orders:

2. The above allotment has been approved by the Competent Authority in terms of transfer/posting guidelines as contained in this Department Letter No.9-23/2014-SPG dated 25.02.2020.

3. All terms and conditions as mentioned in Notification of even number dated 02.06.2022 will remain same.

4. No officer involved in the election work in any capcity shall be relieved/dislocated till the election process is over in accordance with the Election Commission of India letter No. 437/6/CG-HP/ECI/LET/FUNCT/MCC/2024 dated 09.04.2024.
