Procedure to change BO Balance in DARPAN Device

 

BO BALANCE IN DARPAN PORTAL

1. Divisional Office needs to send a mail for entering the Branch Post Office balance in the Portal.
2. CEPT will enable to enter the BO Balance in the Portal on receipt of the request from DO.
3. On updation of the balance in the Portal by DO, BPM can update the Balance under Master Data updation option provided in the Device only once
