 CSI POS Update v4.9.3

Release Note on POS version 4.9.3 

Initially 1814 Offices were identified as pilot offices for installation of CSI POS Back Office version 4.9.3 on 15.05.2024 and the patch has been pushed to the remaining office on 28/05/2024.

Steps to followed for upgradation:

• Close Back-office & counter application at all nodes
• Run Daily sync and wait for successful execution.
• Launch the application , you will get pop-up to update the application
• Update both Counter & BO application to latest version(4.9.3)
• Run high sync and wait till successful execution without any error.
• open this link in server system (http://172.19.64.105:8080/pos/Database_Build/Db_Patch_Renewal.zip).
•  A zip file will be downloaded
• Extract it and run "DbActivity.bat" file.
• On successful execution, you will get a success message(Utility Executed Successfully).
• Proceed for the transaction.

Note : It is requested to other offices to not upgrade the Application without official confirmation via email or Group message to refrain from any impact on Business activity
