Respected Mam,

Kindly refer ibid DTE OM on the subject vide this association No. AIASC CHQ-49/2023-24 dated 14.01.2024 was forwarded to settle similar cases of CAT Hyderabad judgement in OA No. 706/2021 filed by Shri Y. Madhav Rao.

A clarification sought is still awaited from your division through beneficiaries of similar cases will be benefited. Keeping in view of natural justice, a favourable directions may kindly be issued early.

Hence, it is prayed to issue the suitable directions to settle this issue, so that unnecessary litigation may not be arisen.
