Hosts file for Service Desk in India Post | Error while uploading document in SD

Service Desk URL is 

http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in/CAisd/pdmweb.exe

While uploading documents in Service Desk Portal It shows an error message 

 bpapsdpwmv01.indiapost.gov.in/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?SID=1701

bpapsdpwmv01.indiapost.gov.in says

Unable to connect to 'http://BPAPSDPWMV01:8080/CAisd/ UploadServlet.

Please make sure that the servlet server is correct, and that Tomcat is up and running.
