Generate duplicate receipt or cancel booked articles in DARPAN application

 Procedure to Cancel or Search or Duplicate receipt of booked article through DARPAN

Is booked article cancel in DARPAN application?

Yes. cancellation of booked article is possible before transmitting booked data to Central Server. 

Please follow the instruction if booked data not transmitted.

1. Open DARPAN Application go to Search/Cancel/Duplicate

2. Enter or Scan Article Number in the concerned box

3. Click Print button to generate duplicate receipts through DARPAN Portal

 

4. Click on Cancel button to cancel the booked status article only the data not transmitted to Central Server. 

5. For Cancellation,  Reasons for cancel has to be selected (Wrongly Booked, Amount Mistake & Others) and click on confirm will cancel the booked article.

NOTE: Booked Transaction can be cancelled if the transactional data has not been synchronized with the central server.

HOW TO GENERATE CALCELLED ARTICLE REPORTS IN DARPAN

Cancelled Articles report shows the list of all the transactions cancelled on the device for the business day along with other details.
