BEAT NAME CHANGE IN SAP

Procedure to change a postman name in SAP Module for invoicing article in DPMS Module. This could be done only after completion of Beat EOD or before Shift Begin
The following fields to be entered to change the postman/GDS name who are looking postman duty currently on the selected places
1. Facility ID : Enter facility ID of Post Office [HOW TO FIND FACILITY USING PINCODEHOW TO FIND FACILITY USING PINCODE]
2. Facility Description : Autopopulated
3.Pincode : Autopopulated
4.Shift Number : GEN2 (for Operative Staff - 6days works)
5.Batch ID: Select Batch Number from the available List
6.Beat Number : Select Postman beat number which one needs to be changed
7.Type : for permanent employee select D or Temporary select T
8.From Date: Most probably today or previous day.
9.To Date : 31.12.9999
Then enter employee id in the field of Personnel Number to fetch the remaining details from respective table in the SAP Server.
Press F8 or Execute to make the change in the production server.
Once Postman Beat Name created in ZMOBEATCREATE, the vendor is to be created in SAP Module of the concerned PM/SPM for doing financial transactions like Cash to Postman, Money Order, etc.,
