ASSET CREATION AND ASSET POSTING (AMOUNT BETWEEN 5000 AND 15000)

ASSET CREATION: TCode AS01

Choose asset class	1105 M&E IT Comp/Modern of Admin offices – data processing (for IT assets)
Company code	DOPI
Number of similar assets	1 (no of assets)

Press ENTER

In General Tab : 

Enter Description, Serial number of the asset and Quantity
Press ENTER

In Time Dependent Tab : 

Enter Cost Center  and Segment >ASSE (Asset postings)
Press ENTER

In Allocation Tab : 

Enter Asset Item >Sensors and Super Asset Number > 101 (for Data processing machines including computers)

Press ENTER

In Origin Tab : 

Enter Vendor and Asset Purchase. New > 101 (for Data processing machines including computers)

Press ENTER

Click save and note down the document number for future use.

Asset postings 

Tcode F-90

• Enter document date, Type KR, Company code DOPI, Currency INR, Posting date, Doc header text
• Enter pstkey 31, account – vendor ID from whom purchased Enter amount,
• Next line item, pstkey – 70, account – asset account number created in AS01, Transaction type - 100

Press ENTER

Enter Amount, Tax code, Quantity

Go to Document>simulate of Press SHIFT+F9

Check the entries and click SAVE or CTRL+S

Note down the document number for future use.
