Sub: Regarding opening of Circle Office/ Divisional Offices & Head Offices on 30.03.2024 & 31.03.2024 (Saturday & Sunday) in c/w closing of Financial Year 2023-24.

In view of the annual closing of Accounts for the Financial Year 2023-24, it has been decided by the competent authority that the offices would remain open on 30.03.2024 & 31.03.2024 (Saturday & Sunday) for initialization of fund, if any, allocated to the Circle and also ensure booking thereof.

2.All the officers/staff members are required to be present in office. Further all officials of Divisions dealing with initialization of Govt. fund and its booking must attend office on both dates.

3.The above instructions are also applicable to all Group Officers of Circle Office.
